Jacquie Brooks

Jacquelyn (Jacquie) Brooks serves as the Director of Human Resources and is also an integral member of the S.I. Goldman Company leadership team. Jacquie’s primary focus is the strategic leadership of the Human Resources function to support S.I. Goldman Company’s growth and goals. Along with the day-to-day activities of the Human Resources Department, her team focuses on talent planning; employee relations and engagement; recruiting, retention, and onboarding; training and development; and professional and personal growth of employees. Jacquie holds the SHRM-SCP (SHRM Senior Certified Professional) certification from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM); SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI); and Master Trainer certification from the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER).

In addition to her duties with S.I. Goldman Company, Inc., Jacquie serves on the HR Florida Council, Inc. as the Council Registrar; is a member of the Greater Orlando SHRM (GOSHRM) Chapter where she served on the Board of Directors as Membership Director, Treasurer, and Secretary; and mentors young professionals through GOSHRM and the Employers Association Forum (EAF).
